Nonprofit
Every young person in the Caribbean has genius. The Genius Project gives them the tools, the training, and the capital to prove it.
The Mission
Adrian Dunkley grew up in a world that did not always know how to see neurodivergent thinkers. What saved him was the right people showing up at the right time: teachers, family, artists, financiers who believed in something they could not yet fully see. The Genius Project is his commitment to be that for the next generation.
The Genius Project is a nonprofit that develops Caribbean youth through a rigorous curriculum in Critical Thinking, Artificial Intelligence, and Technology. It is not a coding bootcamp. It is a full development program designed to build the kind of mind that can see problems others miss and build solutions others have not imagined.
What makes the Genius Project different is what comes after graduation. Graduates do not just leave with a certificate. They leave with equity stakes and startup capital to launch their own ventures. The program ends where most programs begin.

The Curriculum
Structured frameworks for reasoning, problem decomposition, and decision-making under uncertainty that prepare young people for the AI age.
Practical, hands-on AI education from fundamentals to application, taught by practitioners with real-world deployment experience.
Building the commercial instincts and technical skills to turn an idea into a product and a product into a business.
Graduates receive equity in a shared venture vehicle and seed capital to launch their own businesses, backed by Adrian's network.
Why This Matters
AI is going to reshape every industry in the Caribbean. The question is whether Caribbean young people will be the ones building it or the ones displaced by it. The Genius Project is a direct answer to that question.
When a young person from Kingston or Bridgetown or Port of Spain learns to build AI, gets equity in a real venture, and launches their first company, that is not just a personal win. It is a demonstration to every person around them that this is possible. That is how movements start.
Partner with us, sponsor a cohort, or get your young person involved. The next generation of Caribbean AI leaders is waiting.
