The EU AI Act runs to 113 articles and 13 annexes, and almost none of it applies to you. The hard part is working out which parts do. This audit does that in plain English: whether the law reaches you at all, what role you play, whether your AI is banned, high risk, or lighter touch, and which specific duties you have not met yet. No legal jargon unless the law itself uses it, and when it does, the article number sits beside the question so you can check the source.
Two organisations using the same chatbot can have completely different duties. What decides it is not the technology. It is three things: whether the EU has a hook into you, whether you built the system or only use it, and what the system is used to decide.
Get those three right and the law shrinks to something manageable. A marketing team using a writing assistant has a handful of duties. A bank scoring loan applications has dozens. A company outside Europe whose output lands on European desks may be caught even with no office there.
This audit asks the questions in that order, then only shows you the obligations that survive, so how many screens you see depends on your answers. It also tells you the dates you are working to, which changed in July 2026 when the Digital Omnibus pushed the high-risk rules back.
