Twelve questions place you on the spectrum and name the one habit that would move you up a level.
The 2024 Work Trend Index found 75 percent of knowledge workers already use generative AI, so the four types differ by habit more than by access. The diagnostic places you using four dimensions: how well you understand the tools, how often you use them, how deeply you use them, and how much your working habits have changed. It adds a second lens from the Anthropic Economic Index: whether you use AI to think with or to hand work off.
