AI Maturity
Assessment

Most organisations think they are further along than they are. This assessment scores yours across the five pillars that maturity research keeps finding: strategy, data, talent, governance, and delivered value. Fifteen questions, five levels, and a one-pager your leadership team can argue about.

The Five Levels

Maturity models rank how deeply a capability is embedded in an organisation. Gartner's widely used AI maturity scale runs from Awareness (talking about it) through Active (experimenting), Operational (in production), and Systemic (embedded in how you work) to Transformational (AI shapes the business model). MIT Sloan Management Review and BCG's long-running research finds the same pattern: most companies stall between experimenting and production.

The reason is rarely the technology. It is missing strategy, ungoverned data, untrained people, and nobody measuring value. Those are the five pillars this assessment scores, three questions each.

Answer for your organisation as it runs today, not for the version in last year's strategy deck.

The Research Behind This Tool

The five-level scale (Awareness to Transformational) this assessment's levels are modelled on.

Multi-year global surveys on why AI initiatives create value in some organisations and stall in most.

Found 63 percent of organisations have no AI governance policy, the most common maturity gap of all.
